Compton Retains PGA Tour Card at Q School
Former Bulldog, Erik Compton, will return to the PGA Tour in 2013 thanks to a 7th place finish in the final stage of The PGA Tour's Q-School. Compton, who spent the 2012 season as a rookie on the PGA Tour, finished the six round final stage at 22 under par.
Kevin Kisner finished one shot back of returning to the PGA Tour after finishing tied for 27th. Kisner played full time on the PGA Tour in 2011 and 2012.
Brendon Todd, who as medalist at last year's Q School, finished in a tie for 43rd at 14 under par. Bryden Macpherson and Hudson Swafford tied for 95th. Richard Scott tied for 114th while Paul Claxton tied for 130th and Scott Parel tied for 156th.
Kevin Kisner and Bendon Todd will have conditional status on the PGA Tour due to their finish on the 2012 PGA Tour money list. Both Kisner and Todd will have status on the Web.com Tout for 2013.
Hudson Swafford, Richard Scott, Paul Claxton, and Scott Parel will all have full status on the Web.com Tour for 2013 while Bryden Macpherson will have conditional status on the Web.com Tour.
